Mc Golden Flats Hotel - Jaboatao dos Guararapes

The view is extremely gorgeous, the room is big enough and the common areas are very big, confortable and relaxing.

The room was clean, but I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The elevator was extremely hot and without any ventilation. The finishing of the painting and tiles was very poor, giving the whole building an appearence of very old. The position is not so bad, but I think I could find a hotel like this, closer to the main part of the city.

Nice, clean and the Price is fare.

The hotel is located right on the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the sand and water. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff is friendly and helpful, making sure guests have a pleasant stay.

The front desk staff could be more attentive and helpful, as there were some instances where they were not as responsive as desired.

The Hotel need to work on the staff for improving their English in order to attract more foreign clients.

The staff, like most Brazilians, was extraordinarily warm and friendly, always eager to assist any request. I give the staff five stars for making the visit one to put on the excellent list. The hotel is right on the beach, well maintained, and no issues of safety.

Only two staff members spoke either English or Spanish. All others spoke only Brazilian Portuguese. Friendliness is a Brazilian trait, efficiency is not. Actually getting something done in Brazil takes much more time than expected, and the hotel was no exception. Plan a little extra time, relax, and enjoy it.

The beachfront location was perfect for a romantic getaway. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view of the sea from our spacious room with a balcony. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to start our day off right. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made it easy for us to explore.

Our experience was marred by several negatives. The staff was hit or miss and not always helpful.

The rooms were a very comfortable large size. Beds were great. Shower had lots of water pressure. Pool area was fantastic. Breakfast also fantastic.

The air-conditioner needed some attending to, although it was looked after quickly. Parking area was tight, but worked okay. WiFi didn't always work. Overall very good value!

The location is on right on the beach which is nice although swimming is not recommended all day (depends on the tide) and in a good general location for driving to beaches south of Recife. We had a difficult time finding a good place (tried 2 other locations) in the area and settled on this one. It may be a little pricier than the other options but it is good value for money given the market there.

Nothing major. Only one member of staff spoke English, but that was enough for us and a 100% improvement on a lot of the other places we had stayed. The walls needed some minor renovation but this was perfectly acceptable based on the other options we had looked at (in person) in the area.

Nice beach view, fantastic pool and beach access, wonderful breakfast, tiled rooms for easy cleaning.

The front desk staff was a hit or miss. Of the 3 days I stayed, the only helpful staff member was the person I first met when I checked in. Other than that, the other staff members were not that helpful and were too busy laughing and talking to one another than helping out guests, unless you speak Portuguese.
